Retrofuturistic visions, clothes that wrap the body like sci-fi wetsuits and gaze hidden by masks inspired by digital make-up.
The project "Everything old is new again" by Julia Dumana, Alessandra Grasso and Srishti Vaidyeshwaran looks at intersections
between real and virtual, with patterns that fill clothes like glitches, and pixels colored that create inlays on fabric. The concept is inspired by a suggestion, the desire for oblivion and surrogate happiness in color offered increased reality in contrast to boredom and isolation, cages represented by the rooms that act as the theater to the shooting.
